Daylen Helen Osorio Salina
I am an elementary school teacher with experience working in Cuba as a full-time teacher at Fabric Aguilar School (2018–2023), where I developed and implemented age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards.

Throughout my career, I have used a variety of teaching methods, including collaborative group work, individualized instruction, and multimedia tools, to foster active learning and student engagement. I also assess academic progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback and tailored support for each student.

I hold an Associate's degree (2012) from the Ruben Bravo Alvarez Cuba Institution, and have developed key skills such as problem-solving, calmness in fast-paced environments, rapid learning, collaboration, empathy, and cash management. I also have experience in the kitchen, which reinforces my ability to adapt to different work environments and educational needs.

My focus is on creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, fostering both the academic and social and emotional development of the children in my care.
